    • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Products that have been damaged or used cannot be returned.

    • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return information and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping

    • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the shipping expenses.
    • Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) and include the name of the salesperson you dealt with, marking it "Attn." We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges

    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s). The new order will be subject to our standard processing times.
  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale and Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or marked as clearance are non-returnable. These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
    • Customized or Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable.
  6. Excessive Returns from Customers

    If a customer frequently returns items, we will charge a 25% restocking fee on future returns to cover processing costs.
