Return Shipping

- Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) and include the name of the salesperson you dealt with, marking it "Attn." We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Excessive Returns from Customers
If a customer frequently returns items, we will charge a 25% restocking fee on future returns to cover processing costs.
